Sadly I returned to work Monday. It would've been nice to stay home with Justin longer but after 6 months off of work it just wasn't possible financially. Honestly it really wouldn't make a difference staying home longer because it would be hard no matter when I returned. Fortunately my boss has been very flexible and is allowing me to work at home the second half of the week. And since I live so close to work those days I'm in the office I'm able to come home during lunch and get a quick Justin fix.
I was JUST gonna call you and ask you about work. I remembered that you said the 1st. Sheesh. Has it been 6 months already? Oh yeah - you had him RIGHT after I moved back. At least you get lunch time and the second half of the week - that's got to be nice.
ReplyDeleteTell Justin we said to behave himself for the baby sitter, and don't pull any "fast ones." It's fortunate that you'll be able to work at home for part of the week. What a boss! With winter being upon us,coming home at lunch time might be rather stressful.
