I despise Justin's pharmacy

During my lunch break I ran over to pick up Justin's prescriptions. I had originally planned to pick them up on Wednesday but something told me to call ahead and see if they were ready. I called them in on Monday but they had no record of them, so I had them refilled on the phone and they said they'd be ready Thursday. Well I get there today and they mention that there's a problem with the insurance so they need to rebill it. No problem. 20 minutes pass so I ask how much longer it'll be. The pharmacy tech mentions that they're still rebilling it. I explain that I need to get back to work so I need to know how long and the pharmacist mentions their computers are down. HELLO, it would've been nice if someone had mentioned that to me.

This is not the first time I've had a problem with them. The last time the prescriptions were filled there was some miscommunication between the pharmacist and Carl about when they would be ready. When I went to pick them up the pharmacist tells me in a snotty attitude that she told us they wouldn't be ready for 4 more days. I understand mishaps happen, but their customer service really sucks. I really need them to be more apologetic and understanding of people's time. Needless to say I'm transferring his prescriptions to Rite Aid.

  1. good idea.. I stopped messing with the walgreens near my house for that every reason. Now I get them filled at work.

    We moved everything to Target.
