Houston, we have a problem

Nathan's crib is already on it's lowest setting and if he's anything like his big brother that means he'll be climbing out of his crib in no time. Considering the lowest setting really isn't that low I really need to figure out what to do before he falls out. Both Justin and Nathan's cribs convert to toddler and full size beds but Nathan's obviously not ready for a toddler bed yet. Since Justin's crib is a lot lower I thought about switching the boys bedroom sets and converting Nathan's crib to a toddler bed for J. But I'm not sure that I'm ready for J to move into a toddler bed just yet. And the boys are/have already been rough on their furniture and I'd like to see the furniture make it to a full size setup so I don't know what to do. Any suggestions?

I layed Nathan down in his crib while I finished J's bath and later walked into to see this. Further confirmation that I need to hurry up and figure out what to do.
