5 on Friday

As always, here are 5 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Justin finished his cookies and turned the empty bag upside down and then threw it on the floor so I told him to pick it up, take to daddy and say "trash please". Instead, J walked over to the garbage can and threw it away himself.

2. Justin was sitting beside me on the couch when he grabbed my hand, which was closed, and started pushing up my fingers one by one and counting them as he did.

3. Nathan is quickly learning the closing routine to The Fresh Beat Band; now he dances along with J and spins his arms on cue.

4. As told by Carlene: Justin was sitting on the potty in the bathroom and yelled out all done and pointed at the stack of Pull Ups but I told him he wasn't done, that he still had to pee in the potty. I walked into the main room to check on Nathan and heard the bathroom door shut. When I went into the bathroom Justin had put on a Pull Up.

5. Nathan and I were in his room reading his "Your Very Own Name" book. Justin was in the bathroom sitting on the potty but when he heard me reading he started yelling out the letters in Nathan's name before I even said them.
