5 on Friday

As always, here are 5 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Nate handed me the flag from the top of their tent and said "mommy you get to hold the flag". Then he told me to stand for the pledge and he started reciting the pledge of allegiance. When he finished he grabbed the flag from me and said "good job mommy".

2. I was folding laundry on the couch and Nate walked up carrying Elmo and asked if Elmo could sit down next to me. When I told him not right now cause I was folding laundry he said "no mommy, no more laundry to do".

3. I was doing Zumba in the family room and the boys joined in and got so excited saying "mommy look at me I'm dancing" and then took turns holding the wii remote. After I was finished I did some ab work and the boys mimicked my every move.

4. I was reading the boys a new book titled "Froggy Goes to Bed" and when Justin saw it he said "mommy, you read Froggy goes to sleep?"  I think they read this series in class so he's familiar with Froggy but nonetheless I was happy he was able to tell me the title.

5. As we were leaving an appointment Nate said "bye Mr. Ira, see you next evening".
