Let me guess, he's almost 1, right?
That's what someone asked while we were at the dr waiting for Justin's 2nd H1N1 shot. First she commented on how cute Justin was. Then she noticed my stomach and said "let me guess, you're having another boy, right....you're 8 months, right...he's almost 1, right?" When I told her I was only 6 1/2 months she responded with, but you're so big. THANKS! And of course when I told her Justin was actually 18 months she said, but he's so small. Once again, THANKS!

HAHA! She was trying to say - that they were REALLY close. Hilarious. And you're actually VERY small.. even for 6 1/2 months.. Overall - you're REALLY small. and your stomach isn't 8 month size yet. She probably hasn't seen anyone smaller than you.. HAS SHE SEEN these HUGE-ATIOUS preggy women walking around here? She is CLEARLY not a baby guessing GURU!

ReplyDeleteStop worrying about what other people say. At 5 months my usual question or statement was, "you're having twins right." People ALWAYS have something to say and NEVER consider thinking before they let ignorance slip from their lips. (danielle)
ReplyDeletegirl i saw you today, and you dont look like you are 8 months pregnant or near huge. shoot she shouldve seen me at your stage. she wouldve thought i was having triplets! LMAO. and you are probably going to get that about justins age for a lil while....just comes with the territory i guess. but overall i hate folks always butting their heads into strangers business. i typically ask how old a baby is and i would never comment if the answer was far from what i thought.
