5 on Friday

As always, here are 5 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Normally I have to brush Justin's teeth because even though J will put the brush in his mouth, it never actually touches his teeth. But this week J and I brushed our teeth together for the 1st time. When J saw me run my toothbrush under the water he stood on his tippy toes and tried to hold his under the water. And then he put his toothbrush in his mouth and actually moved it around.

2. Guess who now likes kisses from mommy. When I ask Justin for a kiss he opens his mouth really wide and slobs me down.

3. This morning Nathan bust in on me while I was showering. But he wasn't content just being in the bathroom, he had to completely wrap himself in the curtains. And as he stood along the tub he opened his mouth and stuck out his tongue trying to get drips of the water.

4. Justin thoroughly enjoyed TC's homemade chicken noodle soup. He kept shoving piece after piece of chicken in his mouth during dinner. And usually he holds meat in his mouth for extended periods of time and chews on it like a cow, but last night he swallowed all of his food.

5. Ever since Gammy's visit Justin and Aiden's favorite song is "Head, shoulders, knees and toes". Today both boys sang along and pointed to each body part as Carlene and I sung the song.
