5 on Friday

As always, here are 5 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Nathan wakes up with the sweetest disposition; he smiles, laughs and talks to himself. But when I come in to get him out of his crib he gets really silly and starts running away from me when I reach for him. Then he starts jumping/hopping all around his crib trying to evade me.

2. Justin was eating dinner (and I have to add that I love being able to put a plate of food and a fork/spoon on his tray and he can feed himself). After a few bites he looks up at me and says "Yummy". After a few more bites I see him blowing on his food and then he says "hot".

3. Nathan can count to 10 on que and I totally missed his first time doing it. But fortunately Carlene sent me a video at work and I couldn't stop smiling all day. But he's so funny; he looks like a ventriloquist when he does it cause I never saw his mouth moving.

4. Justin can read, well maybe not read but he can definitely identify his letters. Carl had on an old Army PT shirt and J was laying on Carl's chest and started spelling out Army.

5. Nathan's becoming more independent and able to do/help out with certain things. He can put one arm in his arm sleeves, he tries to put on his shoes, he's starting to snap his car seat and high chair AND he's climbing out of his crib. Oh boy!!!
