5 on Friday

As always, here are 5 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Justin and Nathan both have Leap Frog Scout bears but J prefers Nathan's Twinkle Twinkle Little Scout to his My Pal Scout. Every morning he climbs into Nathan's crib and starts pressing buttons so he can sing the nap time song with Little Scout.

2. Justin walked into the kitchen and instead of calling Carlene TyC he called her by her name "Carmene". When she didn't respond he said it again with more emphasis, "Carmeeeeeene". It took Carlene a while to realize he was talking to her because he's never called her by her name before.

3. Nathan was playing with the stand up piano in the living room. He kept pushing the button that said "1, 2, 3, 4 get ready to dance" and once the music started he'd turn around and start hopping/dancing across the room. Each time the music finished he went back to the piano and hit the button again and again and again.

4. Since Nathan is usually up first I go into J's room, turn on the light and lay out J's clothes for the day so he can wake up and then I go get Nathan ready. As I was walking out J appeared to still be sleeping but he yelled out goodmorning and smiled. When we came downstairs Carlene told J goodmorning and he replied with a smile and a "goodmorning".

5. Nathan is following in his brother's footsteps; this week he started doing somersaults in the living room. I didn't realize what he was trying to do at first but I noticed him lean over and put his head on the floor. Then I saw him rocking and the momentum flipped him over.
