Six on Saturday

As always, here are 5 +1 special reasons I'm loving my boys this week:

1. Nathan was sitting on the kitchen counter and picked up a green apple and put it to his mouth. Although he didn't take a bite he kept repeating apple, apple, apple and then finally took a bite. Then Justin came over yelling out apple so I cut the apple in half for them to share.

2. Justin grabbed a package of cotton balls off my night stand, placed them on the floor and then laid down and put his head on the package of cotton balls.

3. As soon as we put the boys' pajamas on they both run into their bathroom, grab their toothbrushes, put toothpaste on them and then run them under water and brush their teeth.

4. Justin grabbed Carl's watch off the dresser and tried to put it on. A few seconds later he put it back on the dresser, moved the sleeve on his pajamas down and then grabbed the watch again and tried to put it on. He never got it strapped on but he held his arm still and kept looking down at his arm; I wonder if he was checking the time, lol.

5. Justin and I were in the family room and I looked over and saw him trying to turn the light switch off, which he's done before. A few seconds later I saw him putting on my dress shoes, which he's also done before. But then I noticed that once he got them on he climbed on the ledge between the family room and kitchen and tried to turn off the light switch again. It wasn't until that moment that I put 2 and 2 together and realized he put on my heels so he could reach the light switch.

6. The boys had finished eating their breakfast but J climbed up on the bar stools with Carl and I while we finished ours and continued to eat off of our plates. Then he grabbed my glass of water and started drinking out of it and after he finished he wiped his hands and said "aaah".
