Funny how someone who strips naked as soon as they walk in the house comes to you 5 minutes later with an outfit saying dress, dress. Most times though he dresses himself, mind you in multiple outfits throughout the day.

Hanging Out With Daddy
Daddy took me to get my haircut this morning. After we finished we picked up some breakfast from Mickey D's and then headed to Belle Isle for the boat races. I was having fun, that is until a bird pooped on me; I was not happy at all. But I enjoyed my quality time with daddy.

Check out my new look
Mommy and daddy decided it was time I visit daddy's barber to get a professional hair cut from a barber. Ty C's a professional and has cut my hair before but she does girls (YUCK) hair so that doesn't count. I don't know why mommy made such a big deal out of it; on the ride there she kept saying "you're going to be a big boy and sit still, right". I was really good, I only moved a couple of times. The first time was when the man put some strange thing to my head and I heard this buzzing noise. But I quickly got used to it and then only moved when hair fell on my face. I didn't even think I had that much but I guess I did. Anyway, check out my new look, what do you think?

Boycotting my crib
Hey peeps, it's Justin (J) here, long time no talk. Today I want to talk to you about a very important topic: ME. Just kidding, I want to talk about my dislike of my crib and the silly person who keeps putting me in it. I mean come on now, I'm almost 3, practically an adult and what adult do you know that sleeps in a crib? I know it's been a while, but remember when mommy and daddy lowered my crib when I fell out of it? They thought they were keeping me safe, but what they didn't realize is that it did nothing but give me more time to perfect my craft so now I'm a master at crawling out of my crib. I heard mommy telling daddy that he needs to convert my crib into some sort of toddler bed when he gets home. I wonder what that is, but in the meantime mommy should really stop putting me in this crib. Can't a boy just sleep on the floor in peace?
Anyway, I'm not sure why mommy keeps sneaking in my room and taking pictures of me but she asked me to share these pictures with you.

Look What I Can Do
TyC left me downstairs while she went upstairs to get Justin from his nap. Since I've never shown any interest in the stairs she left the security gate at the bottom of the stairs open. But me being the genius that I am, I figured out how to climb the stairs and I think I gave TyC a heart attack when she realized I was on the landing. I later heard her talking on the phone (I think she called mommy) so I don't think they'll be leaving the gate open anymore. But when mommy came home from work I showed her my new trick; check me out.

Dear Justin,
It was really fun having you and the rest of the brouzins over my house yesterday. And I don't mind sharing my toys with you. But wait for me! Please don't tear everything up before I get to play with them. Mommy just set up my play mat and I really like it. And the book shelf attached to the lower cabinets looks great for climbing.

Love,

Milestones
Hey guys, it's been a while since I last checked in so I thought I'd clue you in on what I've been up to lately. I can get myself into a seated position from either lying on my stomach or my back. I'm crawling; I know mommy posted a video of me army crawling but that's old news. I'm now crawling on my hands and knees so watch out world, here I come. And today I got my teeth brushed for the 1st time. You heard it right, I have two bottom teeth; check 'em out.

You Want Me to Eat What???
Hey guys, it's Nathan here. Now you know I'm a healthy eater and am willing to try pretty much anything. But the other night mommy gave me something called chicken. Yuck, what was she thinking? My fist tasted better than that stuff. I tried to let mommy know that I wasn't happy; I spit the food out with my tongue, I fussed, I wiped my eyes, I fussed some more. And what did she do, she took pictures. Come on now!!!

I was finally saved by my big brother's cries for help. Even though he ignores me I think deep down inside he loves me.
I later overheard mommy and TC talking about the cats licking the jar clean and then mommy said "I hope the cats don't get sick from it". Now why in the world would she feed me something that she's concerned about the cats getting sick from eating? I know I'm only 7 1/2 months but that doesn't make sense to me.
Now that I'm older and wiser I'll pop back in from time to time. But for now I need to make sure the parentals are staying on top of their game.

PS - I really think they need to come up with just one nick name and stick to that, don't you?

You want me to sleep where, continued
I think someone's been talking to mommy and putting silly thoughts in her head to keep putting me in my crib because she tried it again last night. But that's okay, it actually wasn't that bad. I had this soothing waterfall toy and my arm to keep me company. I thought I was being good by giving mommy and daddy a break. But I don't think they took advantage because every now and then someone kept coming in my room and putting their hand on my chest. I guess they figured they were checking in on me to make sure I was okay. So, since mommy seems to listen to you guys, can you do me a favor and tell her to stop worrying about me. I'm a big boy!

You want me to sleep where?
I had just finished my bottle and fell asleep in mommy's arms. Next thing I know she's trying to put me down in this strange new place. I think it's called a crib but I didn't like it one bit. It's not nice and comfy like my bassinet. And it's definitely not as comfy as sleeping in mommy and daddy's bed which I just started doing because I love snuggling with mommy. So I started crying and mommy picked me up and rocked me back to sleep. But no sooner than I drifted off to sleep again she tried to put me back in that thing. What was she thinking? I was not having that and started crying again. Mommy picked me up and took me to sleep with her and daddy. I'm really learning this how to get what you want trick, lol. But I think mommy and daddy want some alone time. I often hear daddy complaining about not getting enough quality time with mommy. Doesn't he know it's all about me. Just kidding, I should probably give him a break. After all, he did take really good care of me when mommy was in NY.
