Playing in the Rain

First Snow

The boys loved playing outside yesterday during the first snowfall of the season.  I even got in on the fun.  We were only supposed to get a few inches that weren't expected to stick but ended up getting a little over double that.  So of course the boys wanted to go outside today as well and play again.

Splash Park Playdate

Last month I met my friend Jamie and her daughter at the Splash Park for a playdate.  

Car Wash

Nathan was all about helping Carl wash his truck.  Justin, not so much; he was all about playing hide and go seek with the neighbors.  

Football & Soccer

The boys love going to the school playground to play.  Nathan is really taking a liking to football and Justin to soccer.  And of course they both love playing on the monkey bars.

Outdoor Fun

Finally some decent weather where we can get outside and play.  The boys couldn't wait to drive!  

Raincoats & Rainboots

The boys couldn't wait to wear their new raincoats and play outside in the rain.

Sprinkler Fun

There's nothing like good old fashioned fun of playing in the sprinklers in the backyard.  Afterwards the boys helped Carl pot Nate's seedling from school.  Yeah, we're really late; it's been in a small cup in our kitchen window since the late spring.  

The Great Outdoors

I needed a break from editing pictures so took the boys outside for some fresh air.  They had fun exploring the front yard since we don't usually spend much time in the front.  

New Basketball Hoop

Carl bought the boys a new basketball hoop and J couldn't wait to play.  Nate on the other hand was more concerned with playing in Carl's truck and blowing bubbles.
