Fun in the Snow

The hill in our backyard is perfect for sledding at this age.  So when we got our first big snowfall of the year earlier in the month I invited the Brouzins over for a sledding play date.  

Kensington Beach

Last month Lalla, Carlene and I took the Brouzins to the beach and they had a blast playing in the sand and swimming.  Afterwards they had fun dancing (whippin and nae nae) in the parking lot.

Bowling

The boys had been asking all week to see their cousins so we scheduled a playdate and took them all bowling.  

Roller Skating

Last month Lalla and I took the kids roller skating.  Ari was a pro, the boys, well not so much.  But they all had fun.

Romulus Activity Center

This was our 2nd year going to the Romulus Activity Center water park and the little and big kids (i.e. parents) had so much fun.  

Go Lions!

We've had Lions season tickets since 2006 but I haven't been to a game since Justin was born.  Carl attends faithfully with friends and he took J to a preseason game a few years ago.  This year 2 of the friends had to back out but due to the timing we still had to buy all 4 tickets.  We plan on selling those regular season games but decided to take the boys to a preseason game for family fun day.  They did really well and were really excited, especially Nate who kept saying all day I'm ready to go see the football Lions.

Ann Arbor Children's Museum

Last week we took the boys to the Ann Arbor Hand's On Children's Museum.  I'm really enjoying our family fun days this summer.
